Transfer/Cancellation Policy
We respect that social change leaders lead busy lives balancing the demands of their work, families and communities. We have created this policy to support all social change leaders in attending our programs. We have a limited number of spaces available in each training, and we rely on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements.
Transfers
If you have applied and been accepted to a Rockwood Leadership program, and would like to transfer to a different training date, email registration@rockwoodleadership.org within 15 business days of the start of the training you are registered for. If we can accommodate your request for transfer, we will charge a $35 service fee and enroll you in a different training.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your participation in a program, we must receive written cancellation at least 15 business days in advance of the training in order to issue a refund. We will send an email confirming when we’ve received your cancellation request. There will be a $75 service fee for cancellations. Cancellation requests can be emailed to registration@rockwoodleadership.org, or faxed to: (510) 251-2526.
As of the opening day of a training session, refunds will only be granted in case of emergencies. If there is an emergency on the opening day of a training, we require written notice dated opening day in order to be considered for rescheduling (with a $35 service fee) or a refund minus the $75 service fee.
